The Avatar, The Creation, The Truth, And The Knower In Illusion

Do You See?

Let’s take an adventure in the illusion of knowing. It is quite miraculous that we are even here. Yet we all arrive and then we leave. Some leave bread crumbs for others to find. Get on ones knees, look through the magnifying glass. Put on ones spectacles and look through the microscope. Look through a telescope. What do we see? Something looking back at we?

When we look at that thing looking back at we, how often do we see through the eyes of the thing? The thing looking at we, is our ego too big to think that maybe it can see? Sometimes we have to take a big, big, big, and again, big, step backward to see what we haven’t seen, can’t see, or simply refuse to see. It’s the little things that count. Don’t sweat the small stuff. That’s a big deal. No biggie.

Let’s look at an individual who came, left a big impression, and then departed. Aleister Crowley. The Thoth tarot deck. He scribed alot of writings and books. I’ve skimmed through some of them. People have written many books about him since and elaborated on his work. People continue on in the traditions he contributed to. Opinions aside, facts aside, speculations aside, who was he? He was a human being who lived a life here on Earth. That’s about as simple as it gets. I like to keep things really simple. If there is one truth, we are all the same, in more ways than we know.

As so it goes, a concept arises. How do you control a group of people? You keep them mired in the complexities. Is our world not like that today on many levels? Is it like that for everyone? How do you free people? You show them the simplicity. A complexity always starts from a point of simplicity. A simplicity can be hidden within complexity. It’s sort of like seeing the field for the roses, or the valley for the fields, and even the planet for the continents. OMG, there’s this cell with more stuff in it. Wait, it’s just part of a galaxy.

So when I see this world, how is it that I can explain so others can explain as well, most importantly for themselves? It has to be simple. A point and see kinda thing. Yes, one can speak in poetry and parable, and yes it does jog the unconscious, it fires the imagination, and it brings to light something we know not why. And that is good. But, simple explanations are also needed. So, let’s begin.

The Avatar In Illusion

TheAvatarInIllusion

We enter this world the opposite of where we came. No memory, a blank slate of an infant to live and learn. The avatar we become. We grow and we learn. We become and assume roles accordingly. An intellectual. A wise consultant. A leader of some kind. A carefree soul. It’s pretty basic. Look around you at the people you know and don’t know. Keep it simple.

The Creation In Illusion

TheCreationInIllusion

As an avatar in illusion, we can see the creation all around us. We experience in this world created. We move, we change. We love and we lust. We experience success and failure. There are many iterations of this and many ways to describe this. At its most basic, we experience in a world created in different ways. Simple again.

The Truth In Illusion

TheTruthInIllusion

As an avatar in creation, we spend much of our time experiencing truths, untruths, and what some might consider half-truths. We know what is truth for us and others. And we know what is untrue. The rest we don’t know, is that a half-truth? We can call it that. It is unknown. The truth in illusion is knowing there is an illusion to begin with. From that idea comes the picture of what we forgot in the process of being flipped upside down by being born an avatar in this world illusion, this creation.

Do we remember realms of happiness? Do we remember our journey’s from point A to point B? Do we remember experiences outside of this world that touched our very souls, forging the very reasons why we are here today reading these words? Can we see that there is much, much more to this world and the opportunities lived prior and the limitlessness that awaits us? Do we remember? Can we see that what we know here is part of what we forgot elsewhere? How many times have we done this thing we are doing now? What is the secret behind what we all have forgotten?

Could it simply all be an illusion? What made that happen? Can we recognize familiarity in remembering? Is reincarnation simply a technology and opportunity we forgot? Sleeping people awake dreaming in the illusion. A simple way to accept a hologram, matrix world, computer simulation, energy projection, whatever you wanna call it.

Aleister Crowley was not exposed to the technology today to present in pictorial form symbolism that conveys this message. On the sleeves of Osiris she wears wrist bands, one conveying an ECG, the other an EEG. People within peapods. If Aleister Crowley were alive today, what is depicted in art via technology would blow him away. His rank as the wickedest man in the world would pale in comparison to what occurs and is expressed today in writing and in art expression. The truth be told, however it can be thought of, he left bread crumbs in communication with what was available to his consciousness at the time. Whether intentional or not, he left a big picture scattered amidst many minute details. Who will notice the field for the flowers? The lawn for the blades of grass?

The Knower In Illusion

There’s only one trump card left, The Hermit. Crowley was describing himself in this card. The person who sees the big picture and an impossible task. How to convey it to others? Let’s describe this person, because this is an avatar too. Someone who has seen or experienced something that leaves them with a knowing that all is not right in Oz. Somehow, only known to them, the individual, they have seen through a crack in the veil. Alone they are in many ways. They see through the illusion of this world, all of it, in part, or in process. To know this is to know the loneliness Crowley must have felt trying to find people to relate to. Luckily for him, he did find others who did their best to leave something behind for others to see. To carry a light so others can see through the veil, as well as having the confidence to turn ones back to the illusion to lead others without fear. “The Wickedest Man In The World.” Really?

The final message is the simplest one. There is no tarot. There is only the illusion and the truth. The Hermit is The Unknower Within Illusion. A self portrait of the awakened within illusion. God’s Picture Book: A series of images describing the illusion within the illusion. Strip it down, it comes down to this one image. Strip it down even further, it is simply expansion from a point. Do you get the point? Can you find your inner star?
